Nexus 99 Registration Form

To use our low-tech off-line cyber registration system:

1. Click Here to display a lovingly digitised image of our registration form.
2. Use your computer's hard-copy facility to transfer this page onto a laminar wood-pulp optical information carrier (print it out!)
3. Insert the required parameters using a personal ink applicator system (use a pen!)
4. Physically relocate the form to the Nexus office via a manual courier organization (mail it to us!) at the following address:

   ...including your payment and 3 stamped, self-addressed envelopes (for programme updates etc.)

If you feel that even this modest use of information technology would contravene the Butlarian Jihad (or you just don't have a printer) just send an SAE to the above address to receive a form.

Terms and Conditions

1. Accommodation must be paid for, in full, upon arrival. Additional costs must be settled upon departure.
2. Alternatively, payment may be made at the time of booking. Cheques should be made payable to:
   HILTON NATIONAL BRISTOL.
3. For credit/debit card payments, please insert details on the hotel booking form (your account will not be debited until you check in - unless specifically stated by you at the time of booking).
4. Cancellations made after 17 June 1999, or non-appearance will be subject to a minimum charge of one night's accommodation.
5. All attendees staying at the Hilton Hotel for the duration of the convention are responsible for their own bills.
